Quotes
Each quote is based on the size, material, quantity and finish listed in it. If any of these change, we issue a new quote.
Proofs and approval
We send a digital proof before printing. Production starts only after you approve it, and the approved proof is the final reference for your order.
Please check text, sizes and colors carefully. Errors in an approved proof are your responsibility.
Artwork rights
By sending artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to print it. We may decline artwork that infringes the rights of others.
Production and delivery estimates
Production usually takes 4–6 business days after proof approval, and transit usually takes 2–3 business days. These are estimates, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Limit of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales caused by a delay.
