What we print
Mailers are our main line. That focus lets us give clear advice on fold styles, board and inside print instead of trying to cover every kind of packaging.
Each mailer can be paired with a fitted insert. The full range of mailer box styles shows how each one folds and closes.
- Corrugated mailer boxes in E-flute and B-flute
- Paperboard mailers in SBS and kraft for small items
- Rigid mailers in paper-wrapped chipboard
- Shipping and subscription boxes with matching print
- Paperboard and corrugated inserts
How an order moves through our team
Every order follows the same path, so you always know what comes next and when.
- A rep reads your request and checks the size against the style.
- A designer sets your artwork on the dieline and sends a free proof.
- You request changes until the proof is right, then approve it.
- Production runs for 4–6 business days.
- Boxes ship free and arrive in 2–3 business days, with tracking by email.
The boards and finishes we work with
We keep the material list short and well understood. That way the proof you approve matches the box you receive.
For a closer look at coatings and effects, see our notes on mailer printing and finishes.

Who we work with
Our buyers are small brands, bakeries, ecommerce sellers, boutiques and makers. They are based in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.
Most send us a logo rather than finished artwork, so our design team does a lot of the setup. If you are planning your first box, request a free quote and proof and a rep will guide you.
