Production and transit times
Production starts the day you approve your proof and takes 4–6 business days. After that, boxes spend 2–3 business days in transit.
Business days run Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays. Carrier delays caused by weather or customs can add time.

Where we ship and what it costs
Shipping is free to addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Buyers elsewhere should message us first so we can check carrier options to that country.
Tracking and address changes
We email a tracking number when your order leaves production. Use it to follow the parcel with the carrier.
You can change the delivery address at any time before dispatch by emailing info@shopmailerboxes.com or calling (503) 461-4788. Once boxes ship, changes depend on the carrier. If boxes arrive damaged, see our policy on damaged or misprinted boxes.
